How to reach us

The best way to get in touch is by email at [email protected]. We read every message and try to respond within a couple of business days, though it can take a little longer during busy periods. Please include as much detail as possible — the sportsbook name, the page you're referring to, and what prompted your message — so we can look into it properly.

What we can help with

What we can't help with

Because these are offshore sportsbooks licensed outside the US, they sit outside the reach of any US state regulator, and there is no US ombudsman or dispute-resolution body that can force a resolution on your behalf. Similarly, we can't offer legal or tax advice.
